تعلن ادارة المهرجان الدولي للسينما و البحر بإقليم سيدي إفني المغرب، عن افتتاح باب التسجيل في وجه مبدعي و صناع الفيلم التخيلي القصير و الوثائقي و التحريكي بكل أصنافه داخل المغرب و خارجه للمشاركة في الدورة التاسعة للمهرجان حسب الشروط الفنية و التقنية التالية :
ديباجة :
المهرجان الدولي للسينما و البحر،مهرجان سينمائي وحدث ثقافي إشعاعي دولي تنظمه جمعية تحت نفس الاسم بشراكة مع المركز السينمائي المغربي و مجلس جماعة ميراللفت ومجلس جهة كلميم وادنون و مجلس العمالة والمديرية الجهوية للثقافة و بتنسيق مع عمالة إقليم سيدي إفني ، و في هدا الإطار فإن المهرجان يضع من أولوياته خدمة الإقليم و ساكنته ثم العمل على تحقيق أهداف شركائه و السعي نحو المساهمة في تنمية المنطقة عبر التعريف بها بكل الوسائط و الإمكانيات المتوفرة.
شروط المشاركة:

1. المشاركة مفتوحة في وجه المغاربة و الأجانب
2. يشترط في الأفلام المرشحة للمشاركة إلزاميا الارتباط بتيمة البحر و البيئة أو أن تصور نصف مشاهدها على الأقل بالبحر أو بفضاء إيكولوجي
3. يشترط في الأفلام الغير الناطقة بالإنجليزية ترجمة تحتية للفيلم
4. يجب أن لا تتجاوز مدة الفيلم 15 دقيقة
5. تعين إدارة المهرجان لجنة مختصة في اختيار الأفلام المشاركة في المسابقة الرسمية
6. لا يسمح بسحب الفيلم من المسابقة بعد قبوله من طرف لجنة الاختيار
7. يحق لإدارة المهرجان الاحتفاظ بنسخ من الأفلام واستعمالها في أغراض غير تجارية
8. يسمح لإدارة المهرجان بترجمة عناوين و ملخصات الأفلام المرشحة إلى لغات أخرى
9. يخصص المهرجان ثلاث جوائز فقط وهي : الجائزة الكبرى – جائزة سينما البحار – جائزة الوثائقي
10. يمكن للمهرجان التنويه بالأفلام التي يراها مناسبة للإستحقاق دون تحديد العدد

Le Festival International du Film et de la Mer – province de Sidi Ifni- Maroc, annonce l’ouverture des inscriptions pour les créateurs et réalisateurs de courts métrages et documentaires de fiction en tout genre au Maroc et à l’étranger pour participer à la huitième session du festival selon les conditions techniques et techniques suivantes :
Préambule :
Le Festival International du Cinéma et de la Mer, est un festival du film et un événement culturel radiophonique international organisé par l’association du même nom en partenariat avec le Centre Marocain du Film, le Conseil des communes de Sidi Ifni et Miralleft, le Conseil des Guelmim- Région Oued Noun, le Conseil de l’Emploi et la Direction Régionale de la Culture et en coordination avec laفabitants, puis oeuvre à la réalisation les objectifs de ses partenaires et s’efforce de contribuer au développement de la région en lui faisant découvrir tous les médias et capacités disponibles.
Conditions de participation:

1. La participation est ouverte aux marocains et aux étrangers.
2. Les films nominés pour la participation doivent obligatoirement être associés au thème de la mer et de l’environnement, ou filmer au moins la moitié de ses scènes en mer et dans un espace écologique.
3. Les films non anglophones doivent avoir un sous-titre du film.
4. La durée du film ne doit pas dépasser 15 minutes.
5. La direction du festival nomme un comité spécialisé pour sélectionner les films participant à la compétition officielle.
6. Il n’est pas permis de retirer le film de la compétition après son acceptation par le comité de sélection.
7. La direction du festival a le droit de conserver des copies des films et de les utiliser à des fins non commerciales.
8. La direction du festival est autorisée à traduire les titres et les résumés des films nominés dans d’autres langues.
9. Les deux réalisateurs ne reçoivent que trois prix : Grand Prix – Al Bahar Cinema Award – Prix du documentaire.
10. Le festival peut mentionner les films qu’il juge opportuns pour le droit sans en préciser le nombre.
    La date limite de participation est le 15 Août 2022.

The International Film and Sea Festival – province of Sidi Ifni – Morocco, announces the opening of registrations for creators and directors of short films and fiction documentaries of all categories in Morocco and abroad to participate in the 9th festival session according to the following technical conditions:
Preamble :
The International Film and Sea Festival is a film festival and an international cultural event organized by the association that bears the same name as the festival in partnership with the Moroccan Film Center, the councils of Sidi Ifni and Miralleft municipalities, the Council of Guelmim-Oued Noun Region, the Employment Council and the Regional Directorate of Culture and in coordination with the prefecture of the province of Sidi Ifni, and In this context, the festival places among its priorities the service of the region and of its inhabitants, then works to achieve the objectives of its partners and strives to contribute to the development of the region by making it in the center of interest of all the media and show its capacities available.
Conditions of participation:

1. Participation is open to Moroccan citizens and foreigners.
2. The films nominated for participation must obligatory be associated with the theme of the sea and the environment, or film at least half of its scenes at sea and in an ecological space.
3. Non-English language films must have a film subtitle.
4. The duration of the film must not exceed 15 minutes.
5. The festival management appoints a specialized committee to select the films participating in the official competition.
6. It is not allowed to withdraw the film from the competition after its acceptance by the selection committee.
7. The festival management has the right to keep copies of the films and use them for non-commercial purposes.
8. The festival management is authorized to translate the titles and summaries of the nominated films into other languages.
9. The two directors receive only three prizes: Grand Prize – Al Bahar Cinema Award – Documentary Prize.
10. The festival can mention the films it deems appropriate for the entitlement without specifying the number.
    The deadline for participation is August 15, 2022.
